PRODUCTION

Demoteks Textile, which adopts the principle of “customer-oriented rapid production”, aims to produce the best at once and in the right manner by intervening the necessary changes immediately aligned with the demands and standards of all its customers.

Demoteks Textile has implemented the “Measurement and Evaluation System” in production by using automation programs; which has developed and implemented by its strong engineering infrastructure in the facilities and resulted as managing the production in coordination with lean principles.

CUTTING

After the necessary tests (pull-twist-wash fastness) of the fabrics coming to our factory are performed, 100% fabric control is provided with the fabric control machine. Fabrics approved by the

REGIMENTATİON

After the necessary separation is made, the fabrics, whose cutting processes have been completed, are sent to the related sub-producers depending on the design. After the semi-products, whose printing and embroidery processes are completed, are returned to the company, classification processes are carried out and 100% of the works are checked.

SEWING

The fabrics whose cutting processes have been completed are sent to the sewing department after the necessary separations are made. Here, semi-products are checked by comparing with their patterns before starting the sewing operations. After approval, sewing operations are carried out together with our competent band employees.

Quality-Packaging

Products whose sewing operations have been completed are sent to the packaging department. Here, yarn cleaning and pre-control processes are carried out, followed by ironing and final controls. According to the AQL level requested by the customers, the products that pass the last control operation successfully are packed and shipped.

PATTERN SHOP

Our own seasonal collections and customer designed collections patterns are prepared via LECTRA CAD system (V8). After the patterns drawings are prepared, we carefully sew and present to our customers on a sample basis.

Quality Policy

Demoteks Textile's Quality Policy is based on "zero defect". Instead of debugging the quality control operations in the final production step, quality controls start from the entrance of the fabric to the factory. This is the most important Demoteks principle adopted to obtain higher quality products. All production units and stakeholders are committed to achieve the highest quality levels, strictly adhering to quality standards.

The quality policy is fully integrated into all processes with the understanding of problem solving and continuous improvement. Each process is controlled and monitored using Quality Management tools.
