Demoteks Textile stands for its responsibilities for the environmental sustainability. Our processes are managed with the awareness that the continuity and efficiency of operations can be possible by only maintaining the operations in harmony with the environment. Environmentally sensitive processes are developed and implemented in order to have a world where future generations can live freely.

Our stakeholders are provided with all necessary trainings about environment; their existing questions are answered; a proactive and transparent approach is displayed in all our processes.

Demoteks Textile is one of the members of “Zero Waste” project of the Republic of Turkey, which aims reducing and recycling generated wastes. One of the primary goals that Demoteks has is; to create an environmentally friendly factory that can meet its needs with completely renewable energy until 2030.

Sustainable Business Model

In today's world, especially in developing or under-developed countries, living conditions of individuals are getting harder day by day. The working conditions of people who work in production factories and make efforts to ensure their livelihood become weaker and their wages are regularly decreasing.
As Demoteks Textile, we are endeavoring to be more efficient, better and more successful to respect and fulfill the meaning of “sustainability”, which world’s famous brands use only for marketing activities. In this context, we provide monthly salaries to all our employees which is more than minimum wage according to their competencies; all our colleagues have full-insurance and we do not allow anyone to work in our factory more than 10 hours a day. We believe in “creating the value” and our effort is to create sustainable working conditions for our colleagues to reach a sustainable environment in our company.
Demoteks Textile, which adopts the principle of “customer-oriented rapid production”, aims to produce the best at once and in the right manner by intervening the necessary changes immediately aligned with the demands and standards of all its customers.
Demoteks Textile has implemented the “Measurement and Evaluation System” in production by using automation programs; which has developed and implemented by its strong engineering infrastructure in the facilities and resulted as managing the production in coordination with lean principles.
